The rooms are spacious. No great view but lots of open space around makes it pleasant and gives it a relaxed vibe.

The food was good, Staff behavior was in generally good (Konkan folks are really helpful in general), Vishal dada ensured that we are taken care off, but overall the hotel was way too overpriced for the services / quality of the stay.

The property was extremely filthy... Their toilets smelt worst than a public toilet. There was a cockroach in the room.. Their bathroom was worst!! We just left off after seeing the room and changed our mind for our stay...
